Currently we only collect email addresses and names through our contact forms and email addresses through our email subscription form.

When applying for a job on our career site, career.hookedfoods.com, the data submitted is governed by a separate TeamTailor Privacy Policy.
We collect contact data through our forms so that we can respond to any questions sent to us and we collect email addresses to add to our general subscription list. To our newsletter subscribers, we send out an email once every two weeks regarding activities at Hooked Foods AB, coupons, tasting events, and new product launches.

If you would like to make a request for stored information, please send your request to privacy@hookedfoods.com and we will handle your request as fast as possible but no later than within 30 days.
We delete our form data stored on the website every two years, but you can request a deletion of this data earlier than that by emailing privacy@hookedfoods.com. If you have used the contact form and supplied an incorrect email or phone number, you can simply submit a new contact form and note that this is a re-submission.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can find an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your preferences in an email we have sent you but if you can’t access that, you can send an email to hello@hookedfoods.com and request to be unsubscribed. Please note, to avoid sending you any emails in the future, we may have to store your email address within MailerLite, our newsletter subscription service.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to Cookies, you can always do so by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of the website.
Any other consent withdrawal should be sent to privacy@hookedfoods.com.
We store form data on the website for 2 years in total. We store email data within MailerLite so long as the individual remains subscribed, and we continue to store the email as a non-subscriber if the user unsubscribes.
