Toonish Skagen Toast



  • 1 jar Toonish Skagen
  • 4 toasts of bread
  • 1 lemon
  • Vegan mayonnaise for frying
  • Dill
  • Seaweed caviar for decoration (optional)


  1. Spread both sides with mayonnaise. Grill the slices of bread in a pan on both sides until the bread has become golden.
  2. Cut the toasts on the diagonals. Add Toonish Skagen and top with some Seaweed caviar and dill.
  3. Finishing with squeezing some lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
