Do-it-yourself Skagen on Toonish Mayo

Ingredients

  • 2 jars Toonish Mayo
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 10g grated horseradish
  • Squeezed lemon after taste
  • Chopped dill after taste
  • Salt and pepper after taste
  • Lemon, dill and radish for decoration
  • 4 form breads fried in plant-based butter

Preparation

  1. Mix Toonish Mayo, dill, horseradish, salt, pepper and the lemon zest and juice.
  2. Taste and add more lemon, dill and salt after taste.
  3. Fry the breads in a pan on medium-low temperature until golden.
  4. Put the mix on each toast. Decorate with lemon, dill and radish!
