Crispy Cheesy Toonish Taco

  • 200 gram medium-aged cheese, grated
  • 4 small tortilla breads
  • 1 jar Toonish Tomat & Chili
  • 4 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 red onion, thin sliced
  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped
  • 1 fresh red chilli, thin sliced
  • 1 lime


  1. Sprinkle cheese in a frying pan and put tortilla bread on top. Put one tablespoon Toonish Tomat & Chili in the middle and let the tortilla fry at medium heat until the cheese in the bottom becomes golden and crispy.
  2. Top it with some creme fraiche, a little tomato, avocado, red onion, coriander and chili. Press lime. Fold the crispy cheese tortilla, put on a plate and serve right away!
