Baked potato with Toonish Skagen

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Toonish Skagen
  • 2 baked potatoes
  • 2 tbsp seaweed caviar
  • Dill
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Start by heating the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes and cut a cross over them. Put them in the oven and bake until they get soft, 45-60 minutes depending on size.
  2. When the potatoes are done, divide the Toonish Curry on top of each potato.
  3. Top the potatoes with 1 tbsp seaweed caviar each, some dill and olive oil.
