- 1 jar Toonish Skagen
- 4 pieces of toast
- 1 lemon
- Vegan mayonnaise for frying
- Seaweed caviar for decoration (optional)
- Spread both sides of the slices of bread with mayonnaise. Grill the slices of bread in a pan on both sides until the bread has become golden.
- Cut the toasts diagonally. Add Toonish Skagen and top with some seaweed caviar and dill.
- Finishing with squeezing some lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
