Toonish Skagen Toast

  • 1 jar Toonish Skagen
  • 4 pieces of toast
  • 1 lemon
  • Vegan mayonnaise for frying
  • Dill
  • Seaweed caviar for decoration (optional)



Spread both sides of the slices of bread with mayonnaise. Grill the slices of bread in a pan on both sides until the bread has become golden.


Cut the toasts diagonally. Add Toonish Skagen and top with some seaweed caviar and dill.


Finishing with squeezing some lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
