- 4 slices white form bread
- 1 jar Toonish Tomato
- 1 dl jalapeños slices
- 5-6 cm leek, thin sliced
- 6-8 slices medium-aged cheese
- Butter for frying
- Spread mayonnaise on 2 slices of bread. Then add Toonish Tomat onto it. Add leek and jalapeños. Top it with cheese. Put the two remaining breads on the top.
- Fry in a pan with a lot of butter at medium heat until the cheese melts and the bread becomes golden and crisp! Eat and enjoy!
