Fish-ish Sticks with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 12 Fish-ish sticks
- 200g frozen peas
- Rapeseed oil, for frying
- Parmesan cheese, nicely grated, for serving
- 30g arugula, for serving
Mashed potatoes
- 750 g floury potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 2.5 dl milk
- 0.5 lemon, grated peel and juice
- 2 dl parmesan, nicely grated
- 2 tsp salt
- White pepper
Preparation
1.
Prepare the mashed potatoes by peeling them and boiling them in salted water.

Boil the peas in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

When the potatoes are done, remove the water and mash the potatoes with a crusher or mixer. Heat up butter and milk until the butter has melted. Then pour it into the potatoes and blend well until you get a fluffy mix. Add lemon, parmesan, salt and pepper.

Heat up rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry the fish-ish sticks until crispy.

Serve each plate with a big click mashed potatoes, 4 fish-ish sticks, peas and arugula. Top it with a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese.
