Salmoonish Wok

30 min
4 servings

  • 400g Defrosted Salmoonish
  • 0.5 leek, shredded
  • 1 broccoli, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • ¼ pointed cabbage, sliced
  • 2 dl teriyaki sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Rapseed oil for frying
  • Jasmine rice for 4 portions

Start with defrosting the Salmoonish.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Shred the leeks, slice the broccoli and the cabbage into smaller pieces, and cut the scallions and peppers into bite-size pieces. Save the scallions for later.

Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables. When the vegetables have softened, pour in teriyaki sauce and let the wok soak for a few minutes. Add the defrosted Salmoonish and stir.

Serve with jasmine rice and top with sesame seeds and scallions!
