Ingredients

  • 2 jars Toonish Mayo
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 10 grams grated horseradish
  • Squeezed lemon to taste
  • Chopped dill to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon, dill and radish for decoration
  • 4 slices of bread fried in plant-based butter

Preperation

  1. Mix Toonish Mayo, dill, horseradish, salt, pepper and the lemon zest and juice.
  2. Taste and add more lemon, dill and salt to tste.
  3. Fry the bread in a pan on medium-low temperature until golden.
  4. Put the mix on each toast. Decorate with lemon, dill and radish!
