- 1 jar Toonish Curry
- 2 baked potatoes
- 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
- Olive oil
- Start by heating the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes and cut a cross over the potatoes. Put them in the oven and bake until they get soft, 45-60 minutes depending on size.
- When the potatoes are done, divide the Toonish Curry on top of each potato.
- Top it with sliced green onions, sliced cherry tomatoes and olive oil.
