Baked Potato with Toonish Curry

  • 1 jar Toonish Curry
  • 2 baked potatoes
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • Olive oil



Start by heating the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes and cut a cross over the potatoes. Put them in the oven and bake until they get soft, 45-60 minutes depending on size.


When the potatoes are done, divide the Toonish Curry on top of each potato.


Top it with sliced green onions, sliced cherry tomatoes and olive oil.
